Over the past several years, I've had an opportunity to work with Spiderhost's Support. Although my requests may be difficult to understand due to my limited knowledge of technical experience and terminology, I've always felt comfortable contacting Spiderhost's Support.
My requests and concerns have always been addressed in a prompt, friendly, and timely manner. In addition, the support has been extremely helpful and very patient answering my questions, so I have a better understanding of the process needed to complete my request.
