Actually, being a software guy, I understand that nobody has all the answers, or even most of the answers to the magical things that can go wrong in the madness that Bill Gates has foisted upon us. Most of us long for the good ol' days of mainframes and CICS...to which browsers are becoming ever closer in their use. That being said, I think that what I like best about Spiderhost's Tech Support is when I call; I get a pleasant voice on the end, someone who is willing to listen, make suggestions, not blame me for all my issues, and most importantly, someone who is willing to try to solve the problem.
